Cardano Card
Key Specifications
Overview
The Cardano Card is a Visa debit card launched by EMURGO (a founding entity of the Cardano blockchain) in partnership with Wirex. Unveiled at Cardano Summit 2025, it's the first official card product for the Cardano ecosystem.
With Wirex as the card issuer, the Cardano Card supports spending with 685+ cryptocurrencies and stablecoins including ADA, BTC, ETH, USDC, and more — anywhere Visa is accepted. Users can earn up to 8% crypto cashback, receive referral bonuses, and benefit from low foreign exchange fees and ATM access.
The card is custodial (managed via Wirex's infrastructure) and targets the massive Cardano community — one of the largest in crypto. It's positioned as a way to make ADA and other Cardano-ecosystem tokens spendable for everyday transactions like shopping, travel, and online purchases.
